Counters designed to house new convection plate warmers (brought in from the US) enabled Crown to approve a 500mm encroachment past the lease line. Integrated LED menu screens concealed in picture frames increased marketing possibilities. Illuminated Deli styled louvers over the old world cabinetwork, filled meticulously with preserved food displays. One off suspended lamps were designed and commissioned. Refrigeration cabinets were re-skinned in brass. The blank tenancy side wall now features Hand made bricks which could only be supported using cut facings fixed to a metal backing plates Additional decoration includes selected vintage photos and mock pizza spades. Signage was also designed and positioned in the old world spirit
